.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pres ridge will continue
to extend W over the S waters today through Sun, then weaken Sun
night into Mon night. A weak cold front will stall over the far N
waters by early afternoon, then lift NE as a warm front this
afternoon into tonight, and N of the area by early Fri. Another
cold front will approach from the NW Fri night into Sat, then
push SE across the N and central waters late Sat into Sat night
while weak low pres tracks E along the front. The front will
stall across the central waters Sun into Mon as another weak low
