Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough will remain across the region tonight into Fri. A weak
high pressure ridge will rapidly cross the area Fri. A warm front
will lift NE across the region Fri night and Sat, followed by a
cold front moving into the waters Sat. The front will slowly sag
S across the region Sat night and Sun before beginning to lift N
as a warm front Sun night. The front will continue to move N
across the waters Mon and Mon night. High pressure will build N
along the Washington and Oregon coasts Sun night and Mon before
shifting inland Mon night while leaving a ridge axis over the
region. A low pressure trough will expand N along the coast Mon
and Mon night. Another cold front will begin to push south
through the waters Tues and Tues night.
