.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front across
the waters will dissipate early today. A high pressure ridge will
build across the area today and persist through Wed night.
Another cold front will approach Wed night and move E through the
waters Thu and Thu night. A high pressure ridge will build NE
over the region Fri into Fri night. A warm front will move E over
the waters Fri night into Sat. A cold front will then move E over
the waters Sat night.
