HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A WEAK LOW PRES TROUGH ALONG
THE CALIFORNIA COAST WILL MOVE OFFSHORE THIS MORNING...AND
DISSIPATE BY TONIGHT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE FAR
NWRN WATERS LATER THIS MORNING THROUGH TONIGHT...AND MOVE SE
ACROSS THE NRN WATERS INTO THE CENTRAL WATERS TUE AND TUE NIGHT.
AN AREA OF LOW PRES WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT W OF THE CENTRAL
WATERS TUE AND SLOWLY WEAKEN AS IT MOVES SE WITH THE FRONT TUE
THROUGH WED. THE FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SE THROUGH THE
CENTRAL AND SRN WATERS WED INTO THU. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD
IN BEHIND THE FRONT W AND NW OF THE WATERS LATE TUE INTO FRI...AS
A LOW PRES TROUGH DEVELOPS ALONG THE COAST. THE HIGH PRES WILL
