NEAR WASHINGTON DC. THIS SETS AN ALL-TIME RECORD FOR THE 7 AM EST
SNOW DEPTH READING AT WASHINGTON DULLES. THE PREVIOUS ALL-TIME
RECORD WAS 26 INCHES SET ON FEBRUARY 10 2010.

SNOW DEPTH READINGS ARE TAKEN EVERY 6 HOURS BUT CLIMATE RECORDS FOR
