TODAY WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 60S TO UPPER 70S. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
KEEP WINDS LIGHTS ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST WYOMING...THE BLACK
HILLS AREA...AND SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA. SMOKE DISPERSAL IS
EXPECTED TO BE POOR IN THESE AREAS.

ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT THERE IS A MODERATE TO HIGH
POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE
RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
