...RED FLAG WARNING FOR THE MOUNTAINS AND ADJACENT FOOTHILLS OF
LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM...

.ACROSS SOUTHERN SANTA BARBARA COUNTY...MODERATE SUNDOWNER WINDS
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THESE WINDS WILL
RESULT IN VERY WARM OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES AND LITTLE...IF ANY...
RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERY. SO...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
WILL CONTINUE...AND THE RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 4 AM
WEDNESDAY MORNING.

  BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS THROUGH THIS EVENING...STRONGEST ACROSS
  WESTERN PORTIONS.

* TEMPERATURES...OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL REMAIN IN THE UPPER 60S AND
  70S.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...HUMIDITY RECOVERY OVERNIGHT WILL BE POOR IN
  THE FOOTHILLS AND WINDY AREAS...GENERALLY IN THE 20 TO 30 PERCENT
  RANGE.

* IMPACTS...IF FIRE IGNITION OCCURS...THERE COULD BE RAPID
  SPREAD OF WILDFIRE THAT WOULD LEAD TO A THREAT TO LIFE AND
  PROPERTY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED. THIS IN COMBINATION WITH VERY DRY FUELS COULD
CREATE EXTREME FIRE DANGER AND/OR FIRE BEHAVIOR.

PLEASE ADVISE THE APPROPRIATE OFFICIALS OR FIRE CREWS IN THE
FIELD OF THIS RED FLAG WARNING.
