For the Neosho River, the following locations are included:
Parsons...Oswego.

Near Parsons:
* No flooding is forecast at this time.
* The 01 AM Thursday stage was 14.3 feet and rising.
* The flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* It is forecast to crest around 20.4 feet this afternoon.
* At 21.0 feet...Significant flooding of the flood plain begins to
occur affecting agricultural fields.

Near Oswego:
* No flooding is forecast at this time.
* The 07 AM Wednesday stage was 7.1 feet and unknown.
* The flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* It is forecast to crest around 15.9 feet early Friday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The left bank begins to overflow and floods
agricultural fields.
