...North Platte River at Lewellen will rise...

.Releases from Guernsey Reservoir will cause the North Platte River
at Lewellen to rise this weekend and remain elevated next week. The
water release in Wyoming is in preparation for the spring snow melt.
River levels are forecast to remain high, however no flooding is
expected at this time.
