 RIVER...

.DUE TO RECENT ICE JAMMING...ELEVATED RIVER LEVELS CONTINUE ON
PORTIONS OF THE SOUTH PLATTE RIVER. WARMER WEATHER THE LAST FEW
DAYS HAS ALLOWED THE ICE TO WEAKEN AND BREAK UP SOME...ALLOWING
THE  RIVER TO FLOW MORE FREELY. HOWEVER...UNTIL THE ICE BREAKS UP
COMPLETELY...ELEVATED RIVER LEVELS WILL CONTINUE.
