SOUTHERN CANADA AND MOST OF THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS...WITH THE
EXCEPTION OF WESTERN MINNESOTA WHERE PARTLY CLOUDY CONDITIONS WERE
BEING REPORTED. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 5 BELOW EAST TO UPPER
20S WEST.

LIGHT SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE WESTERN DAKOTAS TODAY...SLOWLY
ADVANCING THROUGH THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN DAKOTAS TUESDAY NIGHT...AND
INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA WEDNESDAY.

A LARGE CONTRAST IN HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL
DAYS. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM 5 ABOVE EAST TO MID 40S WEST.
