.TUESDAY...Mostly sunny except areas of fog and freezing fog inland
valleys. Increasing clouds north in the afternoon. Highs in the 40s
inland, 50s north to 60s south along the coast.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Decreasing clouds north. Partly cloudy south. Areas
of fog or freezing fog. Windy near the Columbia Gorge. Lows in the
