...A band of snow will affect northeastern Aroostook County...

At 747 PM EST...An area of heavy snow was near Madawaska...moving
east southeast at 20 mph.

locations impacted include...
Fort Kent, Madawaska, Van Buren, Frenchville, Grand Isle and Saint
Agatha.

This includes the following highways...
 US Highway 1 between Grand Isle and Frenchville.
 State Highway 11 near Fort Kent.

  * Visibilities will drop to less than one mile in this band of
snow.

Snow covered and roads are possible as the snow melts on the roads
then quickly refreezes.
