 * TEMPERATURES RANGING BETWEEN 25 AND 29 DEGREES WILL CAUSE WET
   SNOW TO FREEZE ON UNTREATED AND PARTIALLY TREATED ROADWAYS THIS
   MORNING.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND 1 INCH ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN 800 AM
   AND 11 AM.

 * NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH.

 * THE FREEZING OF WET SNOW ON ROADWAYS MAY RESULT IN PATCHY ICY
   CONDITIONS...PARTICULARLY ON BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND
