THROUGH MID MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL OCCASIONALLY BE REDUCED TO
BELOW A MILE IN THE HEAVIER SNOW. ACCUMULATIONS WILL GENERALLY BE
AN INCH OR LESS...PRIMARILY ON GRASSY AREAS AND ELEVATED SURFACES.
ROADS MAY BE SLICK IN SPOTS SO USE SOME EXTRA CAUTION IF TRAVELING
