PATCHY DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED EARLY THIS MORNING, MAINLY IN RURAL,
LOW LYING PORTIONS OF THE AREA. VISIBILITY IN THE FOG MAY BE AS
LOW AS A QUARTER MILE OR LESS. THE FOG SHOULD QUICKLY BURN OFF
AFTER SUNRISE WITH VISIBILITIES IMPROVING SIGNIFICANTLY BY 9AM EDT.
IN THE MEANTIME, MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION AND BE
PREPARED TO SLOW DOWN WHEN FOG BANKS ARE ENCOUNTERED.
