WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

BONNERS FERRY...MOYIE SPRINGS...COLBURN...NAPLES...ELMIRA AND
SCHWEITZER MOUNTAIN.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY LEAD
