The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southern Taylor County in west central Texas...
  Northwestern Runnels County in west central Texas...

* Until 430 PM CDT

* At 337 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Happy Valley,
  or 12 miles northwest of Winters, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near,
  Buffalo Gap around 400 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Lake
Abilene, Drasco, Wilmeth, Camp Tonkawa, Us-277 Near The Runnels-
Nolan-Taylor County Intersection and Pumphrey.
