...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CST
FOR NORTHWESTERN KIMBLE AND SOUTHWESTERN MENARD COUNTIES...

At 615 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles northeast
of Roosevelt, or 14 miles northwest of Junction, moving northeast at
40 mph. This storm continues to strengthen with the hail size
increasing.

HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
         to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
The Intersection Of US-83 And Ranch Road 1773, Us-83 Near The Kimble-
Menard County Line and Cleo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature`s leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.
