WARMTH AND HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE AS WE WRAP UP THE WORK WEEK
TODAY...AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT SLIDING IN FROM THE UPPER MIDWEST.
LOOK FOR SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON TO
BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD TONIGHT INTO THE FIRST PART OF SATURDAY...AS
THE FRONT ARRIVES. DRY BUT MUCH COOLER CONDITIONS WILL MAKE A RETURN
INTO THE WEEKEND...WITH TEMPERATURES SLOWLY WARMING BACK TO
SEASONABLE LEVELS EARLY NEXT WEEK.

HIGH TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE STATE TODAY WILL RANGE THROUGH THE 70S
AND 80S...WITH LOWS TONIGHT FROM THE 40S NORTH TO UPPER 60S FAR
SOUTH.

THE HAZARDOUS OUTLOOK FOR NORTHERN LOWER AND EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A FEW OF
THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE...WITH THE MAIN THREAT BEING DAMAGING
WINDS AND PERHAPS LARGE HAIL.

IN ADDITION...FROST WILL BE POSSIBLE BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHTS
FOR MANY AREAS OF NORTHERN MICHIGAN.
