SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL CONTINUE IN THE UPPER LEVELS THROUGH TONIGHT. AT
THE SURFACE...THE LEEWARD TROUGH NEAR THE COLORADO KANSAS BORDER
WILL CONTINUE TO DEEPEN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON GIVING WAY TO GUSTY
SOUTH WINDS UP TO 40 MILES PER HOUR. COUPLED WITH HIGH WINDS AND LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE TEENS WEST OF A DRYLINE ALONG
HIGHWAY 283, HIGH FIRE DANGER WILL PREVAIL THROUGH THIS EVENING WITH
TEMPERATURES RISING INTO THE MID TO UPPER 90S.
