WEATHER SYNOPSIS

WITH A COLD FRONT HAVING MOVED THROUGH THE REGION, DRY CONDITIONS
AND SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES WILL BE THE RULE THROUGH FRIDAY
EVENING.

A QUICK MOVING WEATHER DISTURBANCE WILL PUSH IN THE FROM THE
NORTHWEST LATE TONIGHT, BRINGING A SMALL CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE QUAD STATE REGION EARLY SATURDAY. AS THIS
DISTURBANCE MOVE OUT OF THE REGION SATURDAY NIGHT, RAIN CHANCES
WILL BE ALMOST ZERO FOR SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.

FOR THE PASSAGE OF THE SOLAR ECLIPSE ACROSS THE AREA ON MONDAY,
THERE WILL BE A VERY SMALL CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI, BUT MOST LOCATIONS SHOULD REMAIN DRY.
CLOUD COVER THAT DAY WILL BE DEPENDENT ON ANY CLOUD DEBRIS FROM
ANY STORMS FURTHER TO THE WEST OR FROM CLOUDS THAT DEVELOP DURING
THE HEATING OF THE DAY.

RAIN CHANCES WILL PICK UP ON TUESDAY AND PERSIST THROUGH
WEDNESDAY, AS A STRONG WEATHER SYSTEM DIVES SOUTH THROUGH THE
AREA.

HIGHS THROUGH EARLY NEXT WILL BE IN THE UPPER 80S TO LOWER 90S,
WITH LOWS IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S.
