THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH
DOUGLAS IS EXPECTED TO TURN TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST AT A SLIGHTLY
SLOWER RATE OF FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT TWO DAYS.
