AT 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM CHABA WAS
LOCATED BY SATELLITE NEAR LATITUDE 15.8 DEGREES NORTH AND LONGITUDE
135.5 DEGREES EAST...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH. CHABA IS EXPECTED
TO MAINTAIN THIS GENERAL MOTION WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED
THROUGH SUNDAY. THIS TRACK WILL TAKE CHABA CLOSE TO OKINAWA MONDAY
EVENING.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO 60 MPH. SLOW
INTENSIFICATION IS EXPECTED TO RESUME THIS AFTERNOON, AND CHABA
COULD POSSIBLY BECOME A TYPHOON TONIGHT.

TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 75 MILES FROM THE
CENTER.
