WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON
WEDNESDAY TO 3 AM AKST FRIDAY FOR THOMPSON PASS.

* LOCATION...THOMPSON PASS.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE IN BLOWING SNOW.

* WIND...NORTHEAST WIND INCREASING TO 40 TO 50 MPH WED EVENING.
  WIND WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH BEGINNING THU EVENING.

* TIMING...VISIBILITY REDUCTION IN BLOWING SNOW WILL BEGIN BY
  MIDDAY WEDNESDAY AND IMPROVE EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVELING THROUGH THOMPSON PASS WILL BE DIFFICULT AT
  TIMES IN BLOWING SNOW.

  LESS THAN 15 MPH AROUND NOON THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...INCREASED RISK OF HYPOTHERMIA AND FROSTBITE.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
