MORNING TO MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT...

* LOCATIONS...CAMBRIA AND SOMERSET COUNTIES

* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF UP TO 1 INCH...ALONG WITH
  AROUND A TRACE OF ICE.

* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN OR MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE INTO
  THE AREA DURING THE MID MORNING HOURS AND CONTINUE THROUGHOUT
  THE DAY.

* IMPACTS...ICE AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS MAY CREATE SLIPPERY ROAD
  CONDITIONS.
