URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Mixed precipitation expected this afternoon and evening across
central interior portions and across the mountains...

.A weak trof of low pressure will move rapidly across the area
this afternoon and evening spreading mixed precipitation including
possibly some light freezing rain in some locations. Very little
in the way of any snow or ice accumulations are expected, but may
be enough to make for some slippery conditions. The system quickly
exits the region after midnight.

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Plan on slippery road
  conditions, including during the evening commute. Total snow
  accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of a
  light glaze are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and northern New Hampshire and
  south central, west central and western Maine.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 10 PM EST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.
