URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...UP TO AN INCH OF SNOW WEDNESDAY OVER INLAND PORTIONS OF THE
AREA...

An approaching frontal system combined with dropping temperatures
Wednesday, will push rain and snow across the area from west to
east during the day. Inland areas north of a line from Darlington
to Dillon to Lumberton to Elizabethtown to Burgaw, may expect up
to an inch of snow accumulation Wednesday.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 7 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total snow
  accumulations of up to one inch are expected in the advisory
  area.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast South Carolina and southeast
  North Carolina.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...No significant freezing rain or icing is
  expected, however, snow may become compacted on roadways,
  forming slick areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
