* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1-3 INCHES IN THE VALLEYS AND 4-8 INCHES
  IN THE MOUNTAINS.

* TIMING... HEAVIEST SNOWFALL EXPECTED BETWEEN FRIDAY MORNING AND
  FRIDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...MAIN IMPACTS WILL BE TO TRAVEL ALONG HIGHWAY 95 AND
  INTERSTATE 80, ESPECIALLY AT SUMMITS AND PASSES. ICY SPOTS AND
  POOR VISIBILITY WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT AT TIMES.
