* TIMING...SNOW WILL TAPER OFF BY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURES...UPPER TEENS AND LOWER 20S.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY. SNOW AND
