PRODUCE MUCH LOWER SNOW LEVELS IN SOUTH CENTRAL SISKIYOU

* WINDS...SOUTH 15 TO 25 MPH.

* ELEVATION...MAINLY ABOVE 4500 FEET...BUT HEAVY SNOW IS POSSIBLE
  DOWN TO 3000 FEET IN THE MOUNT SHASTA AREA.

* TIMING...HEAVY SNOW SHOULD BEGIN LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING AND
  CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
