.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will periodically impact west central New
Mexico today into the evening hours as a larger low pressure system
moves across the Four Corners region and into eastern Colorado.
Individual showers and thunderstorms will be brief-lived, moving
quickly to the east at 25 to 35 mph with total rainfall ranging
between 0.15-0.40" by evening. Prevailing winds will be breezy with
gusts to near 25 mph from the southwest, turning more from the west
by the afternoon. Any passing shower or thunderstorm will be capable
of producing brief erratic and stronger wind gusts.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Numerous rain showers, snow
                    showers and isolated thunderstorms late in the
                    morning, then rain showers and scattered
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon. Graupel or snow
                    pellets may occasionally be observed.
