.DISCUSSION...Overall, despite occasional breaks in the clouds, a
mostly cloudy and cool day is expected with high temperatures
reaching only the low to mid 40s. A flurry or sprinkle cannot be
ruled out, but wetting precipitation is unlikely. Steady northwest
winds with occasional gusts to 20 mph will promote excellent smoke
dispersal by mid morning as mixing heights increase. RH looks to
drop towards 40 percent by afternoon, but given the dry air,
slightly lower RH is possible.
