.DISCUSSION...
A passing low pressure system will drive a dry cold front through
southeast Oregon this evening. Gusty winds behind the front will
continue through Wednesday morning. While the winds may briefly
relax during the late morning, they will increase again Wednesday
afternoon and evening. Winds will weaken Thursday and Friday as
the low pressure system moves eastward. No precipitation will fall
through the weekend and temperatures will warm through Friday.
