will be building into the burn area today. Surface winds will
become northeasterly around 7 mph as the inversion breaks around
930 am. Surface and transport wind will be backing to northerly
this afternoon with speeds slowing through the day. Minimum
afternoon RH will be around 28 percent with recovery tonight
exceeding 90 percent. Fog is not expected tonight.
