.DISCUSSION...
Fair and warm. Surface high pressure will remain centered to our south,
while a surface trough sets up to our north. This will result in W to
SW surface and transport winds. RH values are expected to be around 65
percent at 0900 and drop to around 40 percent by 1300, with minimum RH
values around 30 percent by late afternoon. Winds are expected to stay
up some Monday night out of the SW, promoting good dispersion with no
expectation of late night fog developing.
