channel out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate to strong southeast flow is expected today through
Sunday, with periods of strong flow for the southern bays and
nearshore waters where an SCA is in effect this afternoon through
this evening. Strong southeasterly flow will continue Monday
afternoon through Monday night, when Small Craft Advisory
conditions will also be likely. Weak to moderate flow will return
Tuesday morning and remain in place through the remainder of the
work week.
