...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.
  A brief lull in strong winds possible this afternoon, but winds
  are expected to pick up once again after 6 PM and continue
  overnight.

* WHERE...Dawes County including Chadron and areas along the Pine
  Ridge.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means that hazardous winds in excess of 58 mph
are occurring or are expected to occur shortly. Sustained wind
speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58 MPH or stronger may occur.
Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

* WHERE...Central and Northern Carbon County, including Rawlins and
  the Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 9 PM MDT this evening. For
  the High Wind Watch, from Monday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers.

* WHERE...Southeast Wyoming wind-prone areas including Interstate 80
  near Arlington and the Summit and Interstate 25 near Bordeaux.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers. There will be a high risk for
  vehicle blow overs, particularly along north to south oriented
  roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Watch means there is the potential for a hazardous high
wind event. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58
MPH or stronger may occur. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

  Range, including Cheyenne, Laramie, Wheatland, Douglas, and
  Torrington. This also includes Interstate 25 from Cheyenne through
  Douglas.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday evening.
