...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 7 PM MDT
THIS EVENING FOR LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND STRONG WINDS FOR FIRE
WEATHER ZONE 428...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 428. Mainly for Interstate
  80 and areas northward.

* WIND...West winds 25 to 35 MPH with gusts over 50 MPH
  possible.

* HUMIDITY...12 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
