...WIND ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The probability for sustained winds greater than 30 mph or
frequent gusts higher than 45 mph is very low (less than 10%) in
southeast North Dakota. Breezy conditions will continue, with some
showers and weak thunderstorms still capable of bringing sporadic
gusts to 45 mph through the afternoon.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...East winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Travel could be difficult for high profile vehicles. A few
  power outages are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds could gust over 55 mph within heavier
  showers and weak thunderstorms.
