LOWER MICHIGAN...

  MUSKEGON RIVER NEAR CROTON AFFECTING NEWAYGO COUNTY
  PERE MARQUETTE RIVER NEAR SCOTTVILLE AFFECTING MASON COUNTY
  MUSKEGON RIVER AT EVART AFFECTING OSCEOLA COUNTY

.HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE AREAS WEATHER THROUGH EARLY
THURSDAY... RESULTING IN NO PRECIPITATION. THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN
MOVES IN LATE THURSDAY. THE FOLLOWING FORECAST IS BASED ON OBSERVED
AND FORECAST 24 HOUR PRECIPITATION

* AT 08 PM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 11.2 FEET.
* BANKFULL STAGE IS 10.0 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL.
* IMPACT...AT 11.5 FEET...EXPECT MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS
  UPSTREAM OF EVART. IN THE JEFFERY SUBDIVISION...FLOODING BEGINS TO
  SURROUND AND IMPACT CRAWL SPACES OF OVER A DOZEN HOMES ALONG LINDEN
  ROAD...RIVERSIDE ROAD...AND MUSKEGON TRAIL.  TROUT ROAD IS UNDER
  WATER AND HIGH WATER SURROUNDS HOMES IN THE DOC AND TOM SUBDIVISION
  ALONG TROUT DRIVE AND MILLER ROAD.

  ITS BANKS AND MINOR FLOODING BEGINS IN LOW LYING AREAS ALONG THE
  RIVER.
