LOWER MICHIGAN...

  MAPLE RIVER AT MAPLE RAPIDS AFFECTING CLINTON COUNTY
  PERE MARQUETTE RIVER NEAR SCOTTVILLE AFFECTING MASON COUNTY
  MUSKEGON RIVER AT EVART AFFECTING OSCEOLA COUNTY
  MUSKEGON RIVER NEAR CROTON AFFECTING NEWAYGO COUNTY

.THE CURRENT WEATHER IS DOMINATED BY A SLOW MOVING FRONTAL BOUNDARY.
THIS WEATHER SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS GENERALLY ONE
QUARTER OF AN INCH OR LESS. THE EXTENDED OUTLOOK IS FOR DRY
CONDITIONS FOR MUCH OF THE WEEK BEFORE THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN MOVES
IN LATE THURSDAY. THE FOLLOWING FORECAST IS BASED ON OBSERVED AND
FORECAST 24 HOUR PRECIPITATION

  UPSTREAM OF EVART. IN THE JEFFERY SUBDIVISION...FLOODING BEGINS TO
  SURROUND AND IMPACT CRAWL SPACES OF OVER A DOZEN HOMES ALONG LINDEN
  ROAD...RIVERSIDE ROAD...AND MUSKEGON TRAIL.  TROUT ROAD IS UNDER
  WATER AND HIGH WATER SURROUNDS HOMES IN THE DOC AND TOM SUBDIVISION
  ALONG TROUT DRIVE AND MILLER ROAD.
