  CALHOUN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MICHIGAN...
  EATON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MICHIGAN...
  INGHAM COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MICHIGAN...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MICHIGAN...
  KALAMAZOO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN...

* UNTIL 1030 AM EDT

* AT 430 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. SOME
  OF THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS OVER SOUTHERN BARRY COUNTY AROUND HICKORY
  CORNERS INTO SOUTHWEST EATON COUNTY AROUND BELLEVUE.  LOCALLY OVER
  AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN.  RAINFALL RATES IN THE THUNDERSTORMS
  IS AROUND AN INCH PER HOUR.  STORM TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS COULD
  TOP 2 INCHES WHERE THE STORMS PERSIST.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
  INCLUDE...BATTLE CREEK...CHARLOTTE...HASTINGS...JACKSON...
  KALAMAZOO...LANSING...ALBION...BELLEVUE...BROOKLYN...CONCORD...
  EATON RAPIDS...GRAND LEDGE...GRASS LAKE...LESLIE...MARSHALL...
