  MEADOW DRIVE...AND THE LOWER BRIDGETON AREA.  EXPECT WATER TO BE
  OVER SOUTH RIVER DRIVE IN THE LOWER BRIDGETON AREA.  RIVER LANE
  IMPASSABLE IN THE OLD WOMANS BEND AREA.
