AND CREEKS IN THE WARNED AREA HAVE RECEDED OR WERE BEGINNING TO
RECEDE...ENDING THE FLOOD THREAT.

COUNTIES UNTIL 330 PM EDT...

AT 1243 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORTED
THAT FLOODING WAS OCCURRING THROUGHOUT THE WARNED AREA. MANY
SECONDARY ROADS ARE STILL UNDER WATER. ROADWAY REPAIRS ARE ONGOING.
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS HAVE PEAKED AND ARE BEGINNING A SLOW FALL.
SLOW IMPROVEMENT WILL LIKELY BE SEEN OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...BALDWIN...
LUDINGTON...REED CITY...EVART...FREESOIL...IRONS...LEROY...LUTHER...
MARION...ASHTON...AVONDALE...HIGHLAND...INA...LITTLE MANISTEE...
MILLERTON...PARK LAKE...PEACOCK...PISGAH HEIGHTS...TALLMAN AND WILEY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES... AS WELL AS
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.
