Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest Lower Michigan
National Weather Service Grand Rapids MI
320 PM EDT Fri May 3 2024

...Drying Out Tonight...

.DISCUSSION...A cold front will continue advancing east
through the state later this afternoon pushing the moisture
east of the region. This will allow for the atmosphere to dry
out. Other than some patchy fog or low clouds to start
the day Saturday, sunshine will be on the increase leading
to increasing mixing as the temperatures climb. By evening
though, we could see some moisture increasing and an isolated
shower or thunderstorm may form.
