COVERT...HARTFORD AND DECATUR STAND THE BEST CHANCE TO SEE THESE
LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS.

SOME LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT FOR AREAS
