THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST LOWER
MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH TONIGHT. WHILE THERE MAY BE A
FEW STORMS THIS AFTERNOON... FOR THE MOST PART THE MAIN EVENT WILL BE
AFTER SUNSET TONIGHT. A FEW OF THE STORMS TONIGHT...SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE 96 AND WEST OF US-31... MAY HAVE DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE
HAIL. AN ISOLATED TORNADO IS POSSIBLE.  A WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL
EVENT SEEMS POSSIBLE TONIGHT NEAR AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 96.
RAINFALL RATES MAY EXCEED 1 INCH PER HOUR IN THE STRONGER STORMS.
STORM TOTAL RAINFALLS OVER 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE SOUTH OF INTERSTATE
96 TONIGHT. LOCALIZED FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND IN AREAS OF POOR
DRAINAGE ARE ALSO POSSIBLE AS CREEKS IN THAT ARE ARE ALREADY RUNNING
ON THE HIGH SIDE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THE THREAT FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST
TUESDAY EVENING. THE STORMS FROM SATURDAY NIGHT SHOULD BE MOVING
OUT OF THE AREA BY SUNRISE SUNDAY. THE NEXT THREAT OF SIGNIFICANT
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MONDAY DURING THE DAY WITH A SECONDARY COLD
FRONT. THEN AGAIN TUESDAY AFTERNOON AS THE COLDEST AIR MOVES INTO
THE AREA. SOME OF THE STORMS MONDAY AND TUESDAY MAY HAVE GUSTY WINDS
AND HAIL.

THERE IS A MODERATE SWIM HAZARD RISK THIS AFTERNOON DUE SOUTH WINDS
OF 10 TO 20 KNOTS RESULTING IN 2 TO 4 FOOT WAVES. ALSO THE THREAT FOR
THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
LIKELY TONIGHT. SOME STORMS WILL HAVE GUSTY WINDS...AND BUILD
LARGER WAVES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THE THREAT FOR THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUES THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING.
WINDS AND WAVES MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT TUESDAY AS STRONGER
WINDS AND COLDER AIR WILL RESULT IN LARGER WAVES.
