LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN IS POSSIBLE BEGINNING SATURDAY NIGHT AND
CONTINUING SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT. THIS COULD LEAD TO FLOODING OF
LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND TRIGGER RISES ON ALREADY
ELEVATED RIVERS.
