THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST LOWER
MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SOME LOCAL AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF U.S.-10 COULD SEE FREEZING RAIN
UNTIL MIDNIGHT BEFORE TEMPERATURES RISE ABOVE FREEZING. A LIGHT
GLAZE WILL BE POSSIBLE.

THE WIND COULD GUST OVER 40 MPH THIS EVENING...POSSIBLY LEADING TO
ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS COULD OCCUR THROUGH THIS EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

ROADS COULD BECOME SLICK WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY AS THE
TEMPERATURE FALLS AND LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS DEVELOP. AREAS
GENERALLY WEST OF A KALAMAZOO TO BIG RAPIDS LINES COULD SEE SOME
MINOR ACCUMULATIONS.

ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT AND
AGAIN ON SATURDAY.

AN ARCTIC AIRMASS RETURNS TO THE REGION ON MONDAY WITH IMPACTS
POSSIBLE DUE TO STRENGTHENING SNOW SHOWERS AND FALLING
TEMPERATURES.

WATER LEVELS ON AREA RIVERS COULD RISE THIS WEEK DUE TO RECENT
SNOW MELT  AND THE POTENTIAL FOR RAIN. WITH ICE IN THE
RIVERS...WATER LEVELS COULD FLUCTUATE THROUGH THE PERIOD.
