This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower
Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Black ice and snow will make for a slick morning commute. One to
four inches of new snow with blowing snow is expected today,
mainly south and east of Grand Rapids.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Lake effect snow will result in some light accumulations west of
Highway 131 over the weekend. A more widespread snow is expected
beginning Sunday night and continuing through Tuesday, with
accumulations likely over most of the area.

Gale force winds, waves of 6 to 12 feet, and freezing spray will
occur on Lake Michigan today and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

High winds and waves, along with freezing spray, are expected on
Lake Michigan through Saturday.
