THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST LOWER
MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SNOW AND STRONG WINDS WITH GUSTS TOWARDS 40 MPH AT TIMES WILL
COMBINE TO PRODUCE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW TODAY. TRAVEL WILL BE
IMPACTED BY REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND SNOW COVERED
ROADS...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN COUNTRY AND TOWARDS LAKE MICHIGAN. SNOW
TOTALS THROUGH MIDNIGHT WILL RANGE FROM 3 TO 4 INCHES NORTH AND
WEST OF A LINE FROM GRAND HAVEN TO HOWARD CITY TO EVART TAPERING
TO AN INCH OR LESS NEAR LANSING AND JACKSON.

WIND CHILL VALUES THIS MORNING WILL BE NEAR 15 BELOW FOR AREAS
SOUTH AND EAST OF GRAND RAPIDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

COLD ARCTIC AIR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE ACROSS SOUTHWEST LOWER
MICHIGAN FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK. WIND CHILL VALUES OF
15 TO 25 BELOW WILL BE POSSIBLE TOWARD CLARE AND MOUNT PLEASANT
WEDNESDAY MORNING AND OVER MOST OF THE AREA THURSDAY MORNING.

ACCUMULATING SNOW REMAINS A POSSIBILITY ACROSS THE AREA FROM
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.
